About the course

Established in 1890 as the second oldest club in the Essex Golf Union, Woodford's nine-hole course was designed by Tom Dunn, the acclaimed Scottish architect who later created Royal Cinque Ports. Set in Epping Forest, the course offers a mix of challenging holes framed by oaks and ponds, with the rebuilt clubhouse providing modern facilities including a bar, dining area and shower rooms.
