Hillside is a championship links on England's Golf Coast that has undergone significant evolution, from Fred Hawtree's 1960s redesign to Martin Ebert's recent front-nine improvements completed in 2021. The course balances two distinct halves: the opening holes run beside the railway on flatter terrain, while the back nine traverses dramatic valleyed dunes, and the club has regularly hosted major amateur and professional tournaments including the 2023 Amateur Championship and DP World Tour events.
