Founded in 1896, Formby Ladies is England's sole ladies-only golf club, welcoming visitors of all genders to its testing links-heathland course on the Lancashire coast. Set among pine trees, sand dunes and heather within a National Nature Reserve, the 18-hole course at par 71 demands precision with tight fairways and well-guarded greens, while the clubhouse serves excellent catering including notably fine home-baked cakes.
