Established in 1914 on moorland at the highest point of Accrington, Green Haworth is a nine-hole course with 14 tees offering commanding views across Lancashire. The current layout dates from 1957-58, when members relocated and redesigned the course after losing original holes to farmland; it plays to a par of 67 and incorporates the moorland's natural quarries, shrubs and heather into its design.
