Founded in 1896 on Binton Farm, Farnham extended to 18 holes in 1904 under the guidance of Open Champion Jack White and was officially opened in 1905 with an exhibition match featuring James Braid and Harry Vardon. A championship-standard course in Surrey, the club has attracted golfing legends including Bobby Locke and Gary Player, and has produced notable amateurs such as Elizabeth Price and Roger Revell.
