Thetford is a heathland course of considerable pedigree, shaped by James Braid and Philip Mackenzie Ross across the Breckland forest nearly a century ago. The 6,849-yard, par 72 layout winds through pine and oak with heather and gorse, offering year-round play on free-draining sandy soils and earning recognition as one of East Anglia's finest, rated 118th nationally by Golf World.
