Romsey is a tight parkland course set on mature wooded ground with undulating contours near Southampton. Originally a nine-hole layout established in 1924, it was extended to eighteen holes in 1974 and now plays to par 69 at 5718 yards, demanding accuracy over length with strategically placed bunkers and tree-lined fairways throughout.

- Signature hole (6th): uphill par four that winds down a valley from an elevated tee
