Minchinhampton Golf Club operates three distinct courses across the rolling Cotswold countryside near Stroud. The Avening, a classic parkland design by Fred Hawtree, complements The Cherington, an inland links-style layout with undulating greens and firm fairways, whilst The Old Course, established in 1889 on Minchinhampton Common, offers a bunker-free challenge with natural contours. Both championship courses have regularly hosted Open Championship Regional Qualifying.
