About the course

Established in 1909 and designed by Willie Park Jnr, Mid Kent is a parkland course in Gravesend that was officially opened by A J Balfour alongside Harry Vardon and James Braid. The layout has evolved over the decades, settling into its current configuration in 1972, and has attracted many celebrated golfers and sporting figures throughout its history.
