Founded in 1914 on land with over 4,000 years of history, Hockley Golf Club sits atop the South Downs overlooking Winchester as a downland course redesigned by James Braid in 1920. The 18-hole layout blends strategic play with the club's remarkable heritage, designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument, where Bronze Age and Roman artefacts remain visible across the landscape.
