About the course

Coombe Hill is a parkland course designed by J.F. Abercromby and opened in 1911, presenting a true test of golf that has attracted prominent members including Winston Churchill and several British Prime Ministers. The club's heritage is enhanced by its association with four Open Champions who served as professionals: Sandy Herd, Arthur Havers, Henry Cotton, and Dick Burton.
