About the course

Cockermouth is an 18-hole moorland course designed by James Braid, set in the Lake District with commanding views across Derwentwater towards Skiddaw and the Borrowdale Valley. The layout emphasises precision over power, with the signature 10th hole featuring a dramatic 180-yard tee shot over a cliff edge, while the celebrated 8th plays as one of Cumbria's finest par 4s.
