Allendale is a 9-hole moorland course at 1077 feet in the Northumberland Pennines, set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Allen Valley and high fells create a vast, empty landscape. With 16 tee boxes allowing different strategic options on both nines, it offers varied play including the signature 'Grand Canyon' hole, and welcomes visitors at modest green fees with excellent facilities including changing rooms and showers.
