About the course

Welwyn Garden City is a mature parkland course established in 1923 where Sir Nick Faldo, Europe's greatest golfer, began his journey to becoming a six-time major champion after his first lesson in 1971. The tree-lined layout welcomes visitors alongside its members, offering a piece of golfing history on the edge of the Garden City.
