About the course

The Berkshire is a members' club with two eighteen-hole Herbert Fowler courses laid out across 372 acres of Crown Estate heathland in 1928. Both the Red and Blue courses rank among the top 100 in the British Isles and exemplify Fowler's distinctive approach of designing courses that blend naturally with their landscape, featuring heather, streams and subtle slopes that provide a fair but exacting challenge.
