Sheringham is a clifftop coastal course set on the Norfolk Coast with commanding North Sea views and the North Norfolk Steam Railway framing its inland boundary. Consistently ranked among England's top 100 courses, it offers a fair test of golf and has a storied history, having hosted the English Women's Championship in 1920, when Joyce Wethered famously won without distraction from a passing steam train.
