About the course

Saddleworth Golf Club was founded in 1904 as a 9-hole course before Dr Alister MacKenzie redesigned it as an 18-hole layout in 1913. Set high on the Pennines, the moorland course rewards players with extensive views across the surrounding valleys whilst presenting a notable examination of shot-making skills.
