Rushmore occupies high ground on the Cranborne Chase near Salisbury, combining a modern course through ancient parkland with chalk-based, free-draining turf. The 18-hole layout of 6349 yards stretches across undulating fairways lined with towering Sequoia trees, defended chiefly by fast, contoured greens rather than bunkers, with three par-fives and four par-threes testing all aspects of play.
