Founded in 1892 and laid out by Holcombe Ingleby, Royal West Norfolk is a classic links course on the north Norfolk coast where the North Sea and saltmarsh define its dramatic setting. At 6,457 yards and par 71, it demands all of a golfer's skills and imagination, particularly in the wind, with many of Ingleby's original holes still in play and a distinctive two-ball restriction maintaining the course's traditional character.
