Founded in 1893 as Southend Golf Club before relocating to Rochford in 1896, this parkland course was redesigned in 1924 by four-time Open Champion James Braid and remains substantially unchanged since then. Set around the Grade One listed Rochford Hall, the club combines a challenging 6,394-yard, par-72 layout with historical significance dating back to the medieval period.
