Founded in 1882, Minehead and West Somerset remains Somerset's oldest links course, still played on its original ground along the north coast with views across the Bristol Channel. At 6,233 yards, par 72, the course combines classic links characteristics with excellent drainage and year-round playability, rewarding thoughtful shot-making over distance, and visitors are welcomed through an online booking system and hospitable 19th bar.
