England's most south westerly course, Isles of Scilly was designed by Horace Hutchinson and opened in 1904 on the north west coastline of St Mary's. The nine-hole, par-73 layout blends links and moorland characteristics, with heather and gorse framing generous fairways and compact greens that reward accurate play, particularly when Atlantic winds test the exposed layout.
