Founded in 1901 and designed by Willie Park Jnr, Huntercombe is an inland heathland course ranked 55th in England, distinguished as the only course the celebrated designer fully owned. The fairways, bounded by mature woodland and gorse, feature just 13 sand bunkers but over 100 grass bunkers strategically placed to test all abilities; the fast, contoured greens and immaculate turf remain largely unchanged from Park's original vision over a century ago.
