Hindhead is a heathland course of considerable standing, originally designed by J.H Taylor and founded in 1904 by an enthusiasts' group that included Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle. Set on an elevated Surrey plateau, it weaves through two distinct valleys with fairways framed by heather and pines, offering extended views across the countryside and a memorable round for experienced golfers.
