Finchley's 18-hole course, designed by James Braid in 1929, winds through mature parkland in North London and plays to 6,302 yards off the white tees. The rolling terrain, with its abundance of varied trees and notably fast greens, was laid out to reward considered play, while the course's proximity to Dollis Brook and the Dollis Valley Greenwalk provides a natural setting frequented by muntjac deer and foxes.
