This 1896-founded parkland course moved to its present 144-acre home in Edgbaston Park in 1937, where Harry Colt's design winds through tree-lined fairways and beside an ornamental lake, just 1.4 miles from Birmingham's city centre. The 6,128-yard, par-69 layout presents a testing challenge with slope rating 132, while the elegant Georgian clubhouse and south-facing terrace provide a welcoming base for rounds and dining.
