About the course

Drax Golf Club emerged from an industrial tip near Selby into an 18-hole parkland course renowned for its challenging narrow fairways and testing greens. The club, founded by staff at the adjacent power station in 1990, has evolved significantly since its original 9-hole layout, and now offers visitors and societies an affordable, well-conditioned round framed by woodland and thoughtful ecological features.
