Founded in 1894 on Hearsall Common before relocating to its current Beechwood Avenue site in 1911, Coventry Hearsall is among the UK's nearest golf clubs to a city centre. The par-70 course stretches 6,062 yards through narrow, tree-lined fairways that demand accuracy; it has hosted notable visitors including Open Champion Walter Hagen in 1933 and counted Ryder Cup player Ralph Moffitt among its professionals.
