Cherry Lodge opened in 1969 on land that had been farmland since at least 1850, with the course designed by John Dory. A significant remodelling in 2014 reshaped the layout into today's 6,372-yard par 72 track set amid countryside views, complemented by a well-appointed clubhouse and welcoming membership of around 550 golfers.
