Founded in 1912 as a nine-hole course, Bedford & County evolved into an 18-hole parkland layout redesigned by J.H. Taylor and Fredrick George Hawtree and completed in 1923. The mature, undulating course features tree-lined fairways, strategic bunkers and subtle greens, and has staged prestigious county championships and regional tournaments over the past five decades.
